You may terminate your service, but if you do so before the expiration of an applicable term, you are subject to an early cancellation fee that may be linked to this plan, as set forth in your Customer Service Summary, order confirmation letter, or applicable policy(s) (referred to as an “Early Cancellation Fee” or “ETF”). At the end of your period or at any time, if you have not accepted a schedule, your continuous service will be provided from month to month. Whether you have an applicable term or have the service from month to month, your termination takes effect from the last day of your billing period for billing purposes if you terminate the service before the end of your billing period. You will not receive a refund or prorated credit for any portion of the service if you cancel before the end of your billing period. If you decide to continue the service from month to month, you should regularly check the current agreement to check att.com/internet-terms. The current agreement regulates your service. Your choice for continued service represents your approval of the current agreement. If you receive a service under a signed or other expiry contract with AT&T and that contract is currently in effect, the terms of provision of your AT&T service apply. Please refer to this document. If AT&T has not changed these Terms of Use prior to and such change has a material impact on the Services, you will be notified of such change and such communication will be provided in accordance with the terms of notice of these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Services after such communication constitutes your agreement to such changes. AT&T reserves the right to modify or temporarily or permanently suspend Internet services (including rates and fees). If AT&T has not made a change that would have a material impact on your service, AT&T will endeavor to notify you of that change. Your continued subscription to the Service after the effective date of the change is your agreement to the changes and associated terms and conditions. Instead of sending notifications and site posts, AT&T may require customers to enter into an agreement with AT&T regarding substantial temporary changes. This license shall be deemed to take place in the State of New York and shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict of laws rules. This licence is not subject to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded.

You and AT&T agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or related to the Application or use of the Application shall commence within one (1) year from the arise of the dispute or claim.
